FAQ
Questions we hear most.
Short answers to what people ask most. For anything else, the Contact page has an email.
Ask it what you'd ask a knowledgeable friend: find listings by plain-language criteria, compute door-to-door commutes, pull comparable sales for a listing, profile an area — schools, crime, environment, prices — read floorplans and photos, or answer market questions. Every answer cites the data it used. It needs a free account and has a daily quota.
Describe the home you want once, in plain language. The radar then scans new listings every hour and surfaces matches — new to market, price cuts, re-lists — to your feed. Each radar has a shareable public page, so a partner or agent can see exactly what you're tracking. Creating one needs a free account.
Each dimension is a weighted combination of public datasets, then normalized to a 0–100 scale using PCHIP percentile on the London distribution. Transport = peak commute 60% + transit density 40%. Community = safety 40% + deprivation (IMD) 60%. Environment averages noise, flood, air quality, and parks. Price uses 5 sub-dimensions including long-run CAGR and stability.
